Tenant screening

For landlords and managing agents of residential property we offer checks on potential tenants, so enabling informed decisions to be made about tenancy agreements and helping to avoid the costs and difficulties associated with problem tenants. Our tenant checking service includes:

• Identity
• Current address or addresses for up to five years
• Credit history
• CCJs and bankruptcy
• Following up employment and personal references.

Our process is kept as simple and efficient as possible. All we require is that potential tenants complete our purpose designed application form and it is returned to us with copies of the supporting documentation we request. In situations where guarantees are required to support a tenant's application we can also provide a report on the guarantor.
