Access to children
Specialised screening for those employees who have unfettered access to children.
We are experienced in carrying out enhanced checks for those employees who will have unsupervised access to children. We currently undertake specialised vetting for staff at Secure Training Centres run on behalf of the Youth Justice Board.
This developed vetting service, in addition to our standard identity and pre-employment checks, includes:-
- 10-year employment history verification
- Detailed analysis of CVs and follow-up investigations
- In-depth interviews with candidates
- In-depth interviews with referees
- Checking Statutory lists detailing those prohibited from working with children.
